Veloste collects personal information in exactly one place: the contact form. What you send is used to reply to you about your project and for nothing else. It is never sold, shared, or added to a mailing list.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form.

When you send a message through the contact form, Veloste receives:

your name,
your email address, and
the message you write, including any project details you choose to include.

The same applies if you email contact@veloste.com or call directly. Veloste does not ask for, and does not want, anything beyond what it needs to reply to you.

The free website brief builder runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to Veloste unless you copy the finished brief into a message yourself.

How it is used

To answer your inquiry. That is all.

Your name, email, and message are used only to respond to the inquiry you sent and to carry on that conversation if you decide to work with Veloste. Veloste will not use your email address for newsletters, promotions, or any follow-up you did not ask for.

If you get in touch about a project and later decide not to proceed, that is the end of it. You will not hear from Veloste again unless you reach out first.

Who sees it

Veloste does not sell, rent, trade, or give your contact details to anyone. Submissions are not passed to advertisers, data brokers, partners, or any other third party.

The only outside services involved are the ones that carry your message to Veloste's inbox. When you press send, the form delivers your message to a small mail service that Veloste runs, which emails it to Veloste's business mailbox. Those providers handle the message in transit and store it only as ordinary email. Nothing is kept in a separate customer database or marketing tool.

Retention and your choices

Kept as email. Deleted on request.

Your message stays in Veloste's mailbox for as long as it is useful to the conversation about your project. If you would like it removed sooner, email contact@veloste.com and it will be deleted.

You can also ask at any time to:

see what information Veloste holds about you,
correct anything that is wrong, or
have it deleted entirely.

Veloste is based in Calgary, Alberta, and handles personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA).

Cookies and tracking

No cookies. No analytics.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and other assets are served from veloste.com rather than from outside networks that could observe your visit.

Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs, such as the IP address and time of a request, for security and reliability. Veloste does not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Changes and contact

Questions? Just ask.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new effective date. Veloste will not quietly start using your details for anything beyond what this page describes.
